INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY (IMS)
DEAR CUSTOMERS AND BUSINESS PARTNERS,
LST Yazılım Elektronik ve İletişim Teknolojileri İnşaat Turizm Ticaret A.Ş. “Integrated Management System (IMS) Policy” covers the requirements, practices and rules arranged according to relevant laws, standards and ethical concepts. Within the scope of this policy, one of our primary goals is to protect the information of our customers, suppliers and employees, stored electronically or expressed in written or verbal form, from all internal and external threats. In order to achieve this goal, the Integrated Management System (IMS) has been established, which is an integral part of LST corporate culture. In addition, protecting the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of information and providing assurance to the relevant parties that the risks that may occur are handled correctly are among the purposes of establishing the Integrated Management System (IMS).

• Competent personnel in accordance with customer conditions, laws, regulations, national and international standards. , to leave permanent works to future generations through the effective use of appropriate machinery, equipment, quality materials and resources,
• To make decisions for customer satisfaction with our suppliers who are considered a part of our system and to ensure that our processes are more efficient,

To protect information assets, to ensure accessibility of information as required through business processes, to meet legal regulatory requirements,
• Ensuring the continuity of the 3 basic elements of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in all activities carried out;
− Confidentiality: Preventing unauthorized access to important information,
− Integrity: Demonstrating that the accuracy and integrity of the information is ensured,
− Accessibility: Demonstrating that information can be accessed by authorized persons when necessary,
• Not only the data kept electronically; To deal with the security of all data in written, printed, oral and similar media,
• To raise awareness by providing Integrated Management System (IMS) training to all personnel,
• Reporting all existing or suspicious vulnerabilities in the Integrated Management System to the IMS Coordinator and ensuring that they are investigated,
• To prepare, maintain and test business continuity plans,
• To identify existing risks by making periodic evaluations of the Integrated Management System, to review and follow up action plans as a result of the evaluations,
• To prevent any disputes and conflicts of interest that may arise from contracts,
• To fulfill the applicable requirements for the Integrated Management System (IMS),
• To carry out studies to continuously improve the Information Security Management System,
